Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
Economy shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Every Nexus bag and bundle qualifies on its own.

Orders Under $75
Accessories (shammies, grip sacks, journals, bottles, straps) ship by economy for a $5 flat rate when your order is under $75.

Printed-to-Order Apparel
Shirts and hoodies are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from the rest of your order, at the rate shown at checkout.

Faster Shipping
Upgraded shipping speeds are available at checkout. Upgraded orders receive priority processing and fulfillment.

International Shipping
We ship to all locations worldwide. Most international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis at a flat rate, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are included. No surprise fees on delivery.

Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage in transit. We strongly recommend adding insurance at checkout for peace of mind.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers with shipping insurance will be prioritized. All other cases are handled on an individual basis, and we'll do our best to make it right.
